CognaAura sells digital downloads. No physical items are shipped, and no shipping charge applies to a digital-only order.
After the order is processed, download information is sent to the email address used at checkout. It may arrive separately from the order confirmation. Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
If the download email is missing or a link does not work, contact hello@cognaaura.com with your order number and checkout email address. Please do not place a duplicate order to recover a missing download.
